Meet Your Consultant

Jeannine ‘Jacleyn’ Roberts made her first voyage to Washington D.C. in 1987. Motivated by President Ronald Reagan’s leadership in the Cold War and his private sector economic policy for the United States, Jeannine was trained in Grant Consulting in our nation’s capital in the 1990s to help develop American agribusiness. She later used her skills in banking, and then raised her three now adult children in California as a Substitute Teacher, spending the last decade developing grants for her local Tuolumne County community. She emerged as a small business grant consultant in 2022 with an Indeed Fellowship at Luminary Legacy, and has been championing small business in her local area as well as developing AI-enhanced grant consulting services for non profits nationally. She is a proud member of Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce, and looks forward to doing business regionally and nationally to equip both non profit and for profit small and medium size businesses.
